Delivery and returns

Things don't always go as they should.

We have understood that.

That's why you can return any unused product within 7 days of the delivery date.

The returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.

Approved returns will be refunded according to the original payment method.

Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns made after 7 days from the date of delivery of the order may be eligible for a refund in the form of an online credit.

BOHO PRINCESS is not responsible for lost returns.

Please obtain a tracking number for your files.

Problems regarding tattoo application errors or product defects may be eligible for a one-time reshipment of the order or an online refund.


Once the returned items have been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of the return.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited to your account.

Please confirm with your bank if you do not see your refund after the tenth business day.

These decisions are made at the discretion of our customer support team on a case-by-case basis, and you may be asked to provide a product photo.
