Do I receive my order discreetly?

Don't worry, your concierge will never guess what's hidden in your package!

All our packages are neutral and shipped discreetly (the packages are hermetically sealed so that you cannot see the products inside).

At no time is the trademark mentioned.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, you don't need to hire a private investigator!

Simply log in to the "My Account" section.

You will find all your current and past orders, your invoices, as well as the delivery tracking to know where your package is.

Return / Exchange / Refund: how does it work?

In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a period of 14 days (on the date of receipt) to request an exchange or refund of your order.

We remind you that the costs of returning goods are the responsibility of the customer.

Your return package must imperatively contain:

  • The product returned intact and complete (not worn, not used and in its original packaging, sealed and blister intact).
  • The invoice for your order (specify if you want an exchange or refund) or, if not, this return form here.
  • Don't forget to indicate if you want an exchange, a credit note or a refund


BOHO PRINCESS reserves the right to refuse your return if these conditions are not met.

I have a payment problem

If you have a problem with a payment method, please send an email to customer service via this form specifying the order number, the payment method you have selected and the problem you are experiencing.

I have not received my refund

You have returned one or more items from your order and are waiting for a refund. 

You will have to wait about fifteen days after receiving the email sent by our Customer Service to get your refund.

After this period, if you have not been refunded the amount of your return, contact our Customer Service via this form.

How to change a setting in my account (email address, tel...)

Access "your account" and modify your information as you wish.

If you wish to change your email address or if it is incorrect, simply go to "My account" then "My account settings", click on the "Change my email address" button and follow the proposed procedure.
